• Be responsible for the execution of all construction, installation, and other services required by the scope of work documents.

• Provide a teamwork environment between project personnel.

• Provide all labor, equipment, tools, service vehicles and material necessary for the full and satisfactory completion of the work.

• Ensure that all safety issues and training requirements are addressed and completed by the site superintendent on a weekly basis.

• Coordinate construction with Owner or Construction manager on a weekly basis to assess project schedule, performance, costs, concerns, etc.

• Believe that satisfaction of the client on a job well completed today is the best form of advertising for the company tomorrow.
